Exponential compound horn with tool is installed in rotary ultrasonic machine tool. Drilling and simple processing of three-dimensional surface are implemented. Experimental results show that the vibration system has a high processing efficiency and good processing precision. 然后将带负载的指数形复合变幅杆安装在超声振动系统上进行旋转超声加工实验研究,从而证明该变幅杆具有较好的加工效率和加工精度。
